Apegadas White 2010

Vinification: Full destemming. Soft pressing of the grapes in pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation with moderate temperature control. Stage over fine lies with "batonnage" until february 2011.

Grapes: Handpicked grapes from portuguese varieties Viozinh, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina e Gouveio.

Colour: Citrine. Shinning

Flavour: Young, very intense, elegant and complex, reminding tropical fruits, with soft floral notes, citrine fruits and one discrete mineral touch.

Tasting: Creamy, with elegant fresh acidity and a long final in mouth.

Drink it: Temperature between 12 and 14 ª C. Excelent with grilled fish, sea food, white meat and pasta dishes.

Alcohol: 13 % alc/vol

Total acidity: 5,12 gr/l
