The grapes are sourced from vines with


40 years of age and with predominant


exposure East and East-South. Vineyards


are planted on traditional terraces and


small landings of schistous soils.


Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta

Roriz and old vines with mixed planting.


Grapes are hand picked and transported

to the winery in small plastic crates. A

manual triage was undertaken before the

grapes being de-stemmed and gently

crushed. The fermentation is carried out

in small stainless steel tanks with

temperature controlled.

(40%) French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks (30%)

Tasting Notes


It is a red wine with an intense vibrant colour. Very fine and


complex nose, combining ripe red fruits with floral notes, well


integrated wood and a rich spicy finish. On the palate is fresh,


elegant, well-balanced, with an excellent structure and a great


length of finish.
